Services and Prices

🔧 Brakes

Brake pad replacement, V-brake and Canti – £15 per pair. This includes the price of the pads.
Brake pad replacement, road bike – £18 per pair. This includes the price of the pads.
Brake pad replacement, disc brake – – £15 fitting cost, excluding pads. Pads usually cost between £5 – £14.
Brake cable replacement – £20 external, £30 internal. This includes the price of the cable.
Hydraulic brake bleeding – £30.
Caliper alignment and servicing – £10.
Rotor truing and replacement – £10, excluding the price of the rotor. Rotors usually cost between £8 and £30 depending on type.
Brake lever replacement – £15, excluding price of levers. Levers usually cost between £8 and £30 depending on type.
Disc brake conversions – price varies depending on needs.

⚙️ Gears & Drivetrain

Gear indexing and shifter adjustment – £8.
Gear cable replacement – £20 external, £30 internal. This includes the price of the cable.
Front and rear derailleur replacement – £15. This excludes the price of the derailleur. Derailleurs usually vary in price between £10 – £70 depending on type.
Derailleur hanger alignment – £10.
Derailleur hanger replacement – £8. This excludes the price of the replacement. Derailleur hangers vary in price between £8 and £40.
Chain replacement – £8. This excludes the price of the chain. Chains vary in price between £15 and £28.
Cassette or freewheel replacement – £8. This excludes the price of the cassette. Cassettes vary in price between £20 and £50.
Chainring replacement – £20. This excludes the price of the chainring. Chainrings are usually around £20 each.
Crankset installation or repair. £20. This excludes the price of the crankset. Cranksets are usually around £45 each.
Bottom bracket replacement – £20. This excludes the price of the bottom bracket. Bottom brackets usually cost between £15 – £40.
Drivetrain degrease and relube – £9.
Drivetrain deep clean and relube – £20.

🔋 Inner tube replacement

Inner tube replacement for a child’s bike – £13. This includes the price of the tube.
Inner tube replacement for a regular adult’s bike – £15. This includes the price of the tube.
Inner tube replacement for Brompton – £16. This includes the price of the tube.
Inner tube replacement for electric bike – £18. This includes the price of the tube.
Inner tube replacement for road bike requiring 80mm valve – £20. This includes the price of the tube.
Inner tube replacement for bike with internal gear hub / drum brake – £20. This includes the price of the tube.
Inner tube replacement for scooter – £30. This includes the price of the tube. Please call ahead to check we have the right size tube in stock!

🚲 Wheels & Tyres

Tyre replacement for regular bicycle – £10. This does not include the price of the tyre. Tyres can vary in price between £16 – £40.
Tyre replacement for Brompton / electric bike / gear hub / drum brake – £16. This does not include the price of the tyre. Tyres can vary in price between £16 – £40.
Tyre replacement for electric scooter – £18. This does not include the price of the tyre.
Solid tyre replacement for electric scooter – £30. This does not include the price of the tyre.
Wheel truing (adjusting spoke tension) – £10, plus £2.50 for any spoke that needs replacing.
Wheel building (custom wheel lacing) – £60.
Axle/skewer replacement – £15. This does not include the price of the axle. Axles usually cost between £15 – £20.
Rim tape replacement – £2.
Tyre pump – £5 per bike / group of bikes.

🏷️ Frame & Fork

Frame inspection for cracks or alignment issues – £5.
Headset servicing or replacement – £10. This does not include the price of the headset.
Rigid fork replacement – please send us details of the fork to find out a price.
Dropper post routing and installation – £30. This does not include the price of the dropper post and cable.

🛠️ Cockpit & Controls

Handlebar replacement or cut‑down – £10. This does not include the price of the handlebars.
Stem replacement – £8. This does not include the price of the stem.
Grip replacement – £5. This does not include the price of the grip.
Bar tape replacement – £22. This includes the price of the bar tape.
Headset adjustment (eliminating play) – £5.
Integrated cable routing service – £30.
Bell or horn installation – £2.

🚴 Seating & Accessories

Saddle replacement – £8. This does not include the price of the saddle.
Seatpost adjustment or replacement – £8. This does not include the price of the seatpost.
Rack installation – £15. This does not include the price of the rack.
Mudguard installation – £15. This does not include the price of the rack.
Kickstand replacement – £5. This does not include the price of the kickstand.

🔩 General Repairs & Servicing

Basic service – £40. This includes a sponge down of the bike, an indexing of the gears, brake caliper centering and tighten, all bolts torqued to spec, tyres pumped, chain degreased and lubed, cables lubed if necessary. Price does not include the cost of replacement parts
Full service – £75. This includes a strip down and rebuild of the entire bike, frame clean, chain degrease and lube, cable lube. Price does not include the cost of replacement parts.
Pre‑ride safety checks – £5.
Custom upgrades (gears, brakes, wheels, etc.) – please get in touch for a price.
Pedal replacement – £8. This does not include the price of the pedals.
